I am a Registered Physiotherapist with over 30 years of clinical experience working in both hospital and out-patient settings. My career has provided me with experience across many areas of physiotherapy; however, the primary focus has been on neurological rehabilitation.

I graduated in the United Kingdom, where I began my physiotherapy career before moving to Canada to continue my professional practice, meet my husband and raise our two beautiful children.

Throughout my career I have completed numerous post graduate continuing education courses to expand my knowledge and stay current with evidence-based practices in neurological physiotherapy.

I have extensive experience working with individuals with a wide range of neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, ataxia, neuropathy, and other balance and mobility disorders.

This experience, combined with ongoing professional development, has provided me with a strong foundation for my passion for helping people improve their mobility, strength, and independence. I focus on thorough assessment, individualized treatment planning, and goal setting to support each client’s unique needs. I also place great importance on clear communication, education, and empowering clients to take an active role in their physiotherapy program.
